How NookGroove protects the system

These rules separate founder success from the reserves that support NG. They are intended to keep the ecosystem useful, understandable and difficult to drain even if NookGroove becomes very successful.

Founder commitment

Founder wealth should come from NookGroove succeeding — not from draining NG pools.

NookGroove business revenue and profits may legitimately compensate owners, employees and contractors. The NG Treasury, Direct Purchase Pool, Premium Rewards and Community Rewards are not personal founder wallets. The separate Founder / Creator allocation follows its own public restrictions below.

Fixed forever

NG has a permanent maximum supply of 10,000,000,000 NG. The existing contract has no future mint path.

Purpose-locked pools

Direct Purchase, Premium Rewards and Community Rewards are used for their stated ecosystem purposes. They are not available for founder personal spending.

Treasury is not a personal wallet

Treasury NG may support development, hosting, security, workers, marketing, partnerships, ecosystem incentives and future liquidity — not personal purchases or personal cash withdrawals.

Founder allocation stays separate

Before public trading, the Founder / Creator allocation remains in its published wallet except for a disclosed security, custody or vesting migration.

Founder public-market vesting

If unrestricted public trading begins, founder NG starts with a 12-month cliff, followed by a 48-month gradual unlock.

Founder sale limit

After public trading begins, founder sales are capped each month at the lesser of 0.1% of circulating NG or 5% of the prior 30 days' real trading volume.

Purchase rate is not a promised value

The current $1 → 100 NG rate is an ecosystem purchase rate, not a guaranteed dollar value or redemption promise. If a public market opens, fixed legacy pricing will end or become market-linked so NookGroove does not knowingly undercut the public market.

Direct-purchase proceeds stay separate

While NG remains restricted, money received from direct NG purchases is kept separate from ordinary NookGroove operating revenue and is not treated as founder spending money.

Spending & recycling

Tips and creator purchases move NG to the recipient. NG paid to NookGroove for platform features may recycle into Treasury for future ecosystem use; spent NG is not automatically burned.

Major Treasury moves are visible

When reasonably possible, a planned Treasury transfer of 1% or more of the current Treasury balance will be disclosed at least 72 hours before execution. Urgent security actions may happen sooner with an explanation afterward.

Rewards are earned, not automatic

NookGroove does not award NG merely for account creation or wallet connection. Reward programs are limited, purpose-driven, one-time or capped where appropriate, and publicly described on this page.

Public-release gate · intentionally pending

NG will not be opened for unrestricted public trading until the admin custody setup is strengthened.

During the private build phase, the additional trusted-signer step is intentionally still pending. Before public trading, the NG Admin Safe will be moved to a published multi-signer configuration, and the final legal/compliance and security review will be completed. The permanent open-transfer switch stays off until those release conditions are met.

Transparency rule: material changes to these commitments will be versioned and dated on this page. These are operating commitments for NookGroove, not a promise of investment return or future NG price.

The NG you use today is already the same Base Mainnet token. Opening transfers later would not replace balances or issue a second coin.
